BRACELETS:
Before you starting to use your bracelet:
Before wearing it, please attach and open the snaps to each other a few times (eg. 5-10) before starting to use the bracelet. Like this the snaps get smoother and you decrease the risk of it opening by mistake in the future. At the same time, it makes the opening and closing process smother and easier for you.
Please keep in mind that the leather bracelets are not water resistants. If you use them in water they lose the warranty. Please clean the leather bracelets with leather cleaning tools. The foam area can be cleaned by wipe.
The foam bracelets are water resistant towards light rain and drips of water. However it is not recommended to use them often under water. Just clean them with a wet wipe and you will be safie.
Do not stretch the bracelets, if you orderd the right size it does not need it, and if you do end up over stretching it, the glue could be damaged.
Please notice that if your bracelet is damaged because of water, or becuase you started using it without smothing the snap and they break, or if it is not the right size but tried to use it and the glue was damaged because of it the item looses it’s warranty.
T-SHIRTS, ICONS AND BABY-BODIES:
Before you starting to use your VARIABLE T-SHIRT and ICONS:
Before wearing it, please attach and open the snaps to each other a few times (eg. 5-10) before starting to use the t-shirt. Like this the snaps get smoother and you decrease the risk of the icon opening by mistake in the future. At the same time, it makes the process of attaching and detaching smother and easier for you.
The T-shirts and baby-bodies are washable in washing maschine maximum in 30 °C turned inside out. Please do not put them the dryer. Ironable at low temperatures turned inside out. The icons can be cleaned with wipe.
Please notice that if your t-shirt / baby-bodies/ icons get damaged because of too hot water, or because of dryer, or because they were ironed at high tempreture, or they were turned inside out, or you started to use them without the snaps breaking-in the item looses it’s warranty.

I accept cancellations: the order can be modified or canceled until midnight on the day of the order.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Nature of the damage:
The t-shirt vinyl is damaged
(except you washed out not in the right C°, or not in the recomended way, or used dryer, or used on it iron )
The color snaps were broken without outside influence.
Damaged gluing on the bracelets (unless improper cleaning has been applied)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Icons and T-shirts with obvious signs of use
Boxes that have been opened so that they are damaged.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@baraba.ch .
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@baraba.ch and we inform you about next steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product please contact us by email at info@baraba.ch for details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
